Together with the CEO, Finn Melgaard, as well as Mr. Thiele and Mr. Dübner, both experienced entrepreneurs, Dr. Reuther reacquired 100% of the company shares of Chemie- und Tankanlagenbau Reuther from Hendricks Industries ApS in Denmark (part of the Hendricks Group, USA) as of March 31, 2010.

Dr. Reuther and Finn Melgaard jointly own the majority of the company and will lead the company into the future, Dr. Reuther as chairman of the supervisory board, Finn Melgaard as CEO.

Almost 3 years ago, Dr. Reuther and his partners at that time sold 100% of the company to the Hendricks Group (Beloit, USA). Changes within the staff and a strategic reorientation within the Hendricks Group made the reacquisition possible.

Over the past few years – after having invested considerably in machines, equipment and sales – the company has been achieving positive results. One focal point was the expansion of the market position in the field of vessels/tanks and apparatuses. Also in the wind tower business, new customers could be acquired.
